How we recruit our childcare workforce
At DT Careplus, we take safe recruitment seriously. All our care workers have a proven track record, recognised qualification, mandatory and specialist training such as autism, challenging behaviour, epilepsy and so on. Most of our carers also have at least two years experience in childcare, education and the social care field.
