Sean Ndoro – Care Worker

Working at DT careplus has allowed me to develop my skills and understanding in the health care field.

I started this job when I turned 18 and did not have much experience in care, however I received a great level of support and training before working with the service users. During this time I was also studying my level 3 health and social care, this job helped me to relate, theory to practice. It gave me a better understanding of the field and allowed to apply skills I had gained to my course work. I strongly believe that working here has helped me grow as a person and I have gained valuable knowledge in the process.
